So I canceled my Ashley Tempo bed I had order the end of November 2019 and decided to consider this natural latex bed. Called 540-520-1131 to which I thought I be talking to the owner Lee Carter. Instead, Kevin Lynn whom claims to be the store manager at the Roanoke site, in the State of Virginia. I asked him to send me some samples of the bed I have interested in ordering, Such as an Ar1 for my wifes side and an Ar2 for my side. It took quite some time to receive the samples, once I got them with numbers on them I had very little idea what it meant. I receive 2/70s 1/65, 1/14. 1/17. What I had learned by watching the video clips, the higher numbers are on the bottom, lower on top but had no idea what combination of numbers would build me an Ar1 bed or the Ar2 for myself! So be it, and placed the call and again I spoke with Kevin Lynn store manager, told him I wanted to use my Synchrony bank card I already had, However for some reason he had issues on adding the 36 months no interested cod in my card so I had to open a new credit card. Turn out to be the code he input was the wrong code, to which I open a new card for nothing! Proceeded to order the Twin split XL or as they call it (The split Cal King) on Dec 2nd 2019. Kevin placed the order and had NO ETA, just told me the amount along with he will send receipt by email I received it on my email. Got that right away. Also said he will send the Doctors form to my Doctors fax number. Received 5 packages had arrived on Dec 13th 2019, and was marked such as followed, 1 top, 2Top. 1 Middle #1 Bottom, in 5th box with the Zipper cover for each sides of the bed. Once I open the packages up I got extremely confused One each roll marked, Bed1 D70 top layer, another Bed #2 Cal King split D55 top layer, another 2 rolls had label, Layer Split King D75 Bottom layer medium. So to me I only gotten from UPS 4 latex, 2 was the D70 intensity one was D55 and one was D70. I was missing two more. The bottom line is Keven Explain to me that for the AR1 Bed has to be, 2/70 for the bottom and 1/55 for the top AR2 is 2/75 for the bottom part and top one is 65! I shared with Kevin I am missing two latex matters one 70 and one 65. And he seem to feel I got them all according to what he had seen in his shipment order. He failed to tell me that I was missing one more box that came in today and again was the wring intensity to make the beds What I got was one 70 and another 55. To which makes I have no idea what AR number that is! Keven called me today and tried to workout however I told him I rather talk with Mr. Lee Carter. Seems Kevin felt I got the full bed regardless if it was the correct intensity or not. All he cared about was I got the full bed. This is how I had to built my bed, D55 on top, D70 in the middle, D75 on the bottom, Does Anyone knows what AR number makes? I sure do not? I wanted my wife to have the soft side AR1, and I wanted the AR2. Still waiting to hear back from Mr. Lee Carter the owner. Bottom line customer Service rate a 1 or 2 and that is me being nice. Density, meaing a messure of firmness,the lower the number the softness Ur past video clip- AR stands for Arrangement Recommendation AR4-ILD is denisty bottom are 40ILD, top layer is an 30ILD density. AR3-ILD is denisty bottom are 30ILD, top layer of 25ILD meaning density AR2-ILD is denisty bottom are 25ILD, top layer is 20ILD! AR1-ILD is denisty bottom are 20ILD, top layer is 16ILD! Please be clear what numbers are what for each now in the year and month of Dec 2019? What number is Medim Soft? D55? What nunber is Ultra Soft? What number is medium laytex? What number is medium Firm? What number is Ultra Firm? AR1 is softest> two bottom, medium softs layers, and one Ultra soft on top AR2> two bottom layers, medium, laytex, top layer one soft AR3 > two bottom layers, medium firm, Top one medium soft AR 4 > two bottom layers, made of Ultra Firm, Top is a med Firm.
